Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipped the same day.

Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery generally takes 3-5 business days. In certain areas, delivery may take up to 7 days. For orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, please allow up to 15 days for delivery.

  • Express Shipping: Available at a flat rate of $10 per order, with delivery guaranteed within 2 business days.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund. To qualify, returns must include proof of purchase (such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation). Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Without proof of purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit at the current price. To receive a refund via the original payment method, you must initiate your return within 7 days of the order's delivery date. Returned items must be in their original condition, free from wear, damage, or alterations.

If you were charged more than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to deny returns.

Return Process

  • Paridhan Website:

    1. Visit our online returns portal to begin a return or exchange.
    2. Indicate which items you'd like to return and submit the request through the portal.
    3. Upon approval, you will receive a return label and refund details via email.
    4. If using our provided return label, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose your own return carrier, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
  • Facebook:

    1. Navigate to "Payments History."
    2. Select the order you wish to return.
    3. Click "Return Order." (If this option is unavailable, the item cannot be returned.)
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return.
  • Instagram:

    1. Tap your profile picture in the bottom right to access your profile.
    2. Tap the menu icon in the top right.
    3. Select "Orders and Payments."
    4. Choose the order and item you'd like to return.
    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the return.

Important Information

  1. For online orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for returned items to reach us. Once received, we will process your refund and send a confirmation email. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to complete.

  2. Items must be shipped within 2-3 days after receiving the return label. Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the return request.

  3. Please note that custom-fitted products are non-returnable.

At Paridhan Couture, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return a product, please review our return and refund policies below:

  1. Return Processing: For online purchases, once you ship the product back to us, please allow 1-2 weeks for the return to be processed. Upon receipt of the item, we will notify you via email, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  2. Product Availability Issues: In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability after payment has been accepted, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers must ship return items within 2-3 days of receiving the return label. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the return request may be automatically canceled.
  4. Return Eligibility: No returns will be accepted after 3 days from the date of delivery. Items returned beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  5. Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags will void the return.
  6. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
    • Custom-fitted or altered garments
    • Jewelry and accessories
    • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  7. Inspection and Rejection: All returned items are subject to inspection. If any product fails to meet the return conditions, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  8. Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
