Custom Fitting

At Paridhan Couture, we prioritize ensuring our customers receive the perfect fit for their garments. We offer custom fitting services within specific limitations as outlined below:

  • Size Adjustments: Custom fitting is available for reducing the size of a garment only. For example, a product available in size Medium (M) can be altered to fit a smaller size such as Small (S) or Extra Small (XS). We do not offer alterations to increase the size of any product beyond the originally available size.
  • Product-Specific Customization: Not all products are eligible for customization. The possibility of custom fitting depends on the design and material of the garment. This will be communicated at the time of purchase.

How to Request Custom Fitting:

  1. Select a Standard Size: Choose from Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L), or Extra Large (XL).
  2. Enter Custom Size: Input your desired custom size in the Custom Fitting text box (e.g., XS, S, etc.).
  3. Finalize Your Order: Add the product to your cart and complete your purchase. The additional customization fee will be applied automatically.

Please refer to our Size Chart for accurate measurements before placing your order.

Important Terms:

  • Customization Fee: A non-refundable fee of $10 will be added to the product price for any custom fitting requests. This charge will be applied automatically during checkout.
  • Processing Time: Alterations may take up to 2 business days, after which your order will be dispatched. Delivery timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products that undergo custom fitting or alterations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Measurements Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Paridhan Couture is not liable for sizing errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

 

Return & Refund Policy

At Paridhan Couture, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return a product, please review our return and refund policies below:

  1. Return Processing: For online purchases, once you ship the product back to us, please allow 1-2 weeks for the return to be processed. Upon receipt of the item, we will notify you via email, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  2. Product Availability Issues: In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability after payment has been accepted, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers must ship return items within 2-3 days of receiving the return label. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the return request may be automatically canceled.
  4. Return Eligibility: No returns will be accepted after 3 days from the date of delivery. Items returned beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  5. Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags will void the return.
  6. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
    • Custom-fitted or altered garments
    • Jewelry and accessories
    • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  7. Inspection and Rejection: All returned items are subject to inspection. If any product fails to meet the return conditions, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  8. Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
